Our 5,000 sq. ft. venue is located in central Broward County, in the city of Lauderdale Lakes, Florida. We offer everything you need for a smooth and successful event. The space includes three ADA-compliant restrooms, eight high-top tables, 13 round tables (seating up to eight each), 104 standard black chairs, a full prep kitchen, and five 6ft serving tables on wheels that make catering setups easy and efficient.
Also provided at no up charge, is Wi-Fi access, a 10x15 stage, a professional sound system with a 16-channel mixer, and four wireless microphones, perfect for clear audio during presentations and performances. How do I book the event space?
Booking is easy! Simply select your preferred date and time on our calendar, enter your contact information, and a representative from Born On Purpose Project will reach out to confirm details, discuss payment, and finalize your reservation.
What amenities are included with the space rental?
Included with your rental are ADA-compliant restrooms, a full prep kitchen, eight high-top tables, 13 round tables (seating up to eight), 104 chairs, and five 6ft serving tables on wheels. You’ll also have access—at no extra charge—to Wi-Fi, a 10x15 stage, a professional sound system with mixer, and four wireless microphones for presentations and performances.
Can I bring my own vendors, such as catering or entertainment?
Yes! We allow you to bring your own vendors for food and decor. *All vendors must be pre-approved by our management team.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
We understand that plans can change:
30+ Days Before Event: Full refund of deposit and any payments made, minus a small administrative fee (if applicable).
15–29 Days Before Event: 50% refund of the total rental cost. Deposit is non-refundable.
14 Days or Less Before Event: No refund. Full rental cost is due and non-refundable.
*One-time reschedule allowed (subject to availability) if requested at least 15 days before the event date.
